If a visitor wants to leave a positive review they are then given a choice of trusted review sites to do just that.
If a visitor chooses to leave a negative review however, they are offered a short contact form into which they can write their complaint. This gives you the chance to reconcile with the unhappy client, thus turning a negative review into a positive one.
